As they continue to expand their operations and client base, they are seeking a Customer Success Manager to strengthen customer relationships and ensure excellence in service delivery across their mission‑critical environments.
About the Role
Reporting into a highly regarded leadership team, this position will play a key role in maintaining trusted partnerships with strategic clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring service standards, SLAs, and operational performance consistently meet customer expectations, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth. This is a customer‑facing role that combines commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of operational excellence within a complex, technical environment.
