Tools experience is not essential – we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, proven retail sales success, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to perform at their best. You will be responsible for influencing and motivating your team to provide high-quality customer service, with a belief developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. You will take full accountability for retail fundamentals, including outstanding customer service, reporting, store analytics, promotions, and merchandising standards. This will see you deliver sales targets and other KPIs, while creating a productive, and safe work environment.
