We’re looking for detail-oriented and professional Admin and Customer Service Officers to support site operations across multiple locations in Australia.

Based at HMAS Albatross in NSW , in this role you’ll be the first point of contact for Defence stakeholders and a vital link in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and distribution activities.

This is more than just administration. It’s about accuracy, professionalism, and supporting Australia’s Defence capability through high-quality service and compliance.
