The Salary : From $88,000 + superannuation

Responsibilities

• Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership
• Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
• Build a culture that is centred around understanding your community, utilising customer feedback as a pillar in your decision making
• Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives and customer experience
• Make the best use of the extensive resources and support to help you grow as a leader and build your team through training and development

Qualifications

Mission : Candidates will be required to complete a functional screening assessment as part of the recruitment process.
