We’re expanding our team and are looking for Senior Client Delivery Leads to work with APAC clients and global product teams.

This includes optimising resources and delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.

Who we are looking for

• Senior Client Delivery Leads to join the Kraken delivery team, with experience in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers preferred. Experience with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) is a bonus. You should enjoy improving customer outcomes, building great products, working with technology, and bringing people together to find solutions.
• Ability to work in partnership with Kraken’s technology and operational teams as well as clients. You should be comfortable navigating complex problems and helping to refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
• You will bring technology, people and processes together to deliver client roadmaps and manage multiple customer journeys across diverse end users.
