Location : Royal North Shore Hospital, Ward 9A

Where you'll be working

Ward 9A is a 30-bed medical ward with General Medicine, Endocrinology, Pain Management and Immunology patients. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team focused on evidence-based patient-centred care, health promotion and early intervention, to promote a safe discharge home or transfer to the appropriate post-acute hospital care.

What You'll Be Doing

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the broader health care team to achieve quality patient care outcomes.
