Head Barista

Mr. Mat cafe on busy Carlisle street, Balaclava is looking for a head barista.

We require you to have the following

• Pride in your work
• 2 / 3years experience in serving specialty coffee
• Strong latte art
• Able to work on weekends
• Setting and adjusting grinder and machine settings
• Fabulous and friendly manner with customers and co-workers
• Ability to handle busy and fast paced periods in a calm manner
