What you’ll do

• Lead and support a small team delivering high‑quality facilities and workplace services across our corporate sites.
• Manage and improve systems and processes that keep our workplaces running safely and efficiently.
• Oversee and deliver minor capital and operational projects, including coordination of contractors, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive cost‑saving and value‑add initiatives that make a real difference to the business.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure seamless, customer‑focused service.
• Monitor budgets and performance, ensuring operational and safety targets are achieved.
