Forever New is embarking on an exciting global technology transformation, and we’re seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the charge. This pivotal role will drive a program of work to modernise our Tech Stack, commencing with the migration to a new eCommerce platform.

As the Enterprise Architect and key member of our IT Leadership Team, you’ll design and govern the enterprise-wide IT architecture that underpins seamless, scalable, and secure digital experiences across all retail channels. You’ll bring together systems such as eCommerce, POS, supply chain, CRM, and analytics to enable innovation, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences globally.

Forever New is embarking on an exciting global technology transformation, and we’re seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the charge. This pivotal role will drive a program of work to modernise our Tech Stack, commencing with the migration to a new eCommerce platform.

As the Enterprise Architect and key member of our IT Leadership Team, you’ll design and govern the enterprise-wide IT architecture that underpins seamless, scalable, and secure digital experiences across all retail channels. You’ll bring together systems such as eCommerce, POS, supply chain, CRM, and analytics to enable innovation, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences globally.

  • Lead an enterprise-wide transformation, designing an integrated global architecture across eCommerce, retail, and core business systems.
  • Drive omnichannel integration, enabling real-time inventory visibility and unified customer experiences
  • Design and implement scalable eCommerce and digital platforms that deliver performance, security, and global accessibility
  • Integrate and optimise customer experience technologies, including CRM, loyalty, and personalisation engines
  • Align retail operations and supply chain systems with front-end platforms to enhance data flow, fulfilment, and vendor management
  • Establish robust data architecture and governance to deliver actionable insights and compliance
  • Embed security and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR) across all technology solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, retail, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class solutions

    • The Skills & Experience You Offer Us

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems or similar; Master’s in Architecture or Business Administration desirable
  • 15+ years’ experience in Technology functions, including 3+ years as an Enterprise Architect or 3+ years as a Senior Solutions Architect
  • 5+ years’ experience within the retail industry, spanning stores and eCommerce channels
  • Certifications : TOGAF and Azure or AWS Solution Architect Expert preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Ecommerce and Core Systems (ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, PIM, DAM, Loyalty)
  • Experience across project frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and PMP
  • Expert understanding of security and compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR)
  • Proven experience in project governance, integration design, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to simplify and convey complex technical information to stakeholders
