Veterans First Consulting is seeking a dedicated Support Officer to assist current and ex-serving military members with their DVA claims. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in helping veterans navigate the claims process, secure fair compensation, and access the benefits they deserve from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

This is a work-from-home opportunity open to candidates anywhere in Australia.

Responsibilities :

• Completing and lodging DVA claim forms on behalf of veterans
• Making referrals to medical providers
• Submitting required documentation and evidence to DVA
• Maintaining accurate client records in our case management system
