As we continue to grow and evolve , we’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our expanding team across Ballarat and Geelong.

What a Day Can Look Like

Start the day with personal care and medication support for a client.

Next, assist another with domestic tasks like vacuuming, mopping, or preparing a meal.

In the afternoon, head out grocery shopping with a client—sharing stories, laughs, and helping them stay independent.

No two days are the same, but each one is meaningful.

What You'll Bring

• Passion for helping others
• Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it
• Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid / CPR, WWCC
• Confidence using smartphones / tablets
• NDIS worker screening check OR National police check (or willing to obtain if you do not currently have either)
