Our International Hospitality Hotel Resort Group client is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Head Chef in a regional, beautiful city of NSW. Centrally located in the heart of town, the hotel is a destination of choice for visitors to the region. Our in-house restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience that caters to both travelers and locals alike.

Main Responsibilities
As our next Head Chef, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will :
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.Roster staff according to business requirements.Bring exceptional culinary flair and motivating leadership to your team.Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets property standards and service timelines.Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and manage ordering.Oversee food preparation for all outlets, including functions and events.Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff.Develop relationships with suppliers and manage food costs.Maintain a clean, organised kitchen, adhering to WHS and food safety standards.Complete assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner. Hold or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.How to Apply
