Key Responsibilities
- Manage small, agile project teams to deliver transformative, strategic projects for AptoNow’s clients
- Undertake, and manage others to undertake a range of qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive insights that help our clients achieve their strategic goals
- Work with a variety of datasets and analytical techniques to answer our clients’ biggest strategic questions
- Develop well-crafted deliverables to convey critical messages to clients in an influential way
- Lead a range of client engagements including discovery interviews, meetings and workshops
- Contribute to business development efforts to grow AptoNow’s client footprint and impact
- Take lessons from project work and contribute to new product development for AptoNow data tools and products
- Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement across the company and contribute to our overall growth and development
What we’re looking for
- A capable project manager who can lead and coach others to deliver high quality work
- Able to exercise a high-level of self-management, and are comfortable with deadlines
- Excited by complexity, able to work with ambiguity and distil sometimes conflicting information into key insights
- Able to work within a problem-solving framework – creativity is encouraged, but structured thinking is key
- Comfortable interpreting and manipulating data
- Based in Melbourne or Perth and comfortable hybrid working arrangements

- Competitive remuneration package, $110,000‑$140,000 per year depending on experience
