Monday to Monday roster

12 hour shifts

1 hour flight from Perth

Cater Care Services seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a permanent village administrator role at one of our remote mining villages in Laverton.

• What this role involves

Meeting guests and residents on arrival

Reservations - completing all check in / check out procedures

Booking flights & accommodation - mobilisation

Answering and directing telephone enquiries

Assisting the housekeeping team

Data entry

Account Reconciliations / Invoices / Banking

Incoming and outgoing mail

General Office duties

• What we require from you

Previous camp administration experience

Experience with INX

Current Australian drivers license

National police clearance within 6 months - or willing to obtain

Well developed computer literacy

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Reliable, punctual, high attention to detail & organisation skills

Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service

Motivated, constructive and professional 'can-do' attitude

Adherence to general safety practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
