Job description

Our client is seeking experienced Earthworks Supervisors to join their team on a FIFO basis from Perth, working on either a 2 : 1 or 8 : 6 roster. Mobilisation begins 20th June 2025 .

Key Details :

  • FIFO from Perth ONLY
  • Rosters : 2 : 1 or 8 : 6 – 12-hour days, paid
  • Start Date : 20 / 06 / 2025
  • Pay Rate : $85–$90 per hour (weekly pay)

Full Job Description :

We are currently recruiting for Earthworks Supervisors to oversee bulk and detailed earthworks operations across various sites. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a strong background in civil construction and leadership in earthmoving environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise a team of 20–30 heavy mobile plant operators
  • Manage and assess contractor performance
  • Report directly to senior management
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Relevant operator tickets / licences (Section 26)
  • BHP induction (preferred)
  • Current valid driver's licence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven client management capabilities
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
