About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Grounds Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of grounds staff, responsible for delivering grounds maintenance services to a key client in Karratha (WA). This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position as part of a broader contract delivering catering, cleaning, and maintenance services to approximately 600–700 residential properties supporting a state-of-the-art integrated gas production facility.
This permanent, full-time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, highly regulated environment supporting critical energy infrastructure for Western Australia and global customers. With a strong safety culture and world-class assets, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing property presentation and maintaining reliable, compliant maintenance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience overseeing trades staff for preventive and reactive maintenance. You’re passionate about delivering high-quality work and are deeply committed to safety; both for yourself and your team. Experience with grounds maintenance / landscaping and developing maintenance schedules and plans is advantageous, however not essential.
