About the Role

As Head of Corporate, you will lead and scale our Corporate / B2B offerings including Local Agent’s over 1,500 partners and other strategic Corporate / B2B partnerships by driving growth through innovative sales, engagement and growth strategies and solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping BRG’s corporate strategy, delivering exceptional value to customers, and building a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration and results.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership : Define the vision for Corporate and build the Go-To-Market strategy across Local Agent and Corporate partnershipschannels to maximize revenue and market share.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-channel team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, accountability and results.
• Corporate Partnerships : Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and distribution partners to unlock new opportunities.
• Revenue Growth : Own and exceed revenue targets across all corporate channels, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, new markets or partnership models.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with the various teams across Big Red Group to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
• Governance & Compliance : In partnership with the SLT, ensure all corporate agreements, pricing, and contracts align with BRG’s commercial objectives and compliance standards.
