Assist Australia provides automotive customers with wholesale roadside assistance, collision assistance and connected car emergency calls through the support of a national call centre team. Assist Australia supports about 2.7 million vehicles with roadside assistance.

AAA Travel and AMS Rewards procure and manage national rewards and benefits for mobility club members from retail discounts to insurance offerings, and reach about 70% of Australian households.

Chargefox is Australia's largest and fastest‑growing EV charging platform managing thousands of charging sessions across regional and national charging networks. Chargefox partners with government, rental and company fleets to keep EV drivers on the move.

Club Assist is one of Australia’s largest automotive battery service providers. Club Assist offers end‑to‑end battery programmes for mobility club partners and automotive retailers, delivering to every corner of Australia, as well as roadside assistance services. Its extensive battery range, including lead‑acid and lithium products, covers automotive, recreational, home and commercial applications.

This is a part‑time (3 or 4 days a week) and fixed‑term contract commencing in November / December through until February / March.

Reporting to General Counsel and Company Secretary, the Contracts Administrator performs duties that generally include :

  • In conjunction with the legal team, reviewing contracts and variations for compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conducting company searches as required.
  • Arranging for execution of contracts by relevant signatories in accordance with the delegation of authority approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Upon receipt, registering signed contracts in the internal contract management system and scheduling key event reminders for all company contracts.
  • Maintaining key event reminders in the contract management system for all contracts registered in the system.
  • Communicating with internal teams and assisting with related queries, data requests, etc.
  • Coordinating insurance and compliance requirements for service delivery companies with external providers, business managers and others as required.
  • Maintaining the register of related insurance certificates of currency and retaining copies.
  • Liaising with business managers and senior management to ensure Service Delivery Company (SDC) contracts are current and correct and any issues are resolved, including assisting with variations and breaches and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining the master Service Delivery Agreement template documentation in conjunction with legal counsel and senior managers.
  • Coordinating the review and approval of corporate policies, establishing and / or maintaining review reminders and maintaining a central repository.
  • Monitoring the Club Assist website e‑mail box and distributing queries appropriately.
  • Monitoring the Legal e‑mail box and managing received e‑mails or distributing for appropriate management.
  • Administering and ensuring quality assurance of other legal and business‑related documentation within the scope of the aforementioned duties.

We are looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, meets and exceeds deadlines and can establish and maintain comprehensive related processes. This role would suit a university student or legal assistant looking for work over the holiday period.

  • Knowledge of, or ability to adapt to, electronic document signing systems and document record‑management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with contracts.
