As a Service Administration Trainee , you’ll learn how to coordinate service bookings, assist customers, and support workshop operations. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with a variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks, including :
- Assisting with job scheduling and customer bookings
- Preparing and processing quotes, job cards, and invoices
- Supporting the workflow coordination between customers and workshop staff
- Developing customer service and communication skills
- Learning to use business systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
