Job Specification :

A fantastic opportunity awaits a motivated Pharmacist ready to step into a permanent Pharmacist in Charge role. You'll be supported by a capable and experienced team, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality pharmacy services and growing professionally. In this role, you’ll be responsible for :

• Overseeing daily dispensary operations
• Managing PPA claims and stock control
• Delivering DAA services for local nursing homes
• Driving MedAdvisor growth and increasing scripts on file

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday morning. There is no sole pharmacist responsibility, and you’ll be supported by 3‑4 dispensing technicians and a team of 18 shop staff.

Skills Required :

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Previous management experience in a community pharmacy setting
• Strong financial awareness and time management skills
• A friendly, customer‑focused approach
• Experience using Fred Classic and Fred Office systems (advantageous)
