Job descriptionOversee the loan processing cycle from application through to formal approval, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to collect necessary information and support a smooth processing experience Verify client information and financial documents to meet lender requirements Maintain timely communication with clients and internal teams, keeping everyone informed throughout the loan process Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency 2+ years residential lending experience Desire to work 5 days in office – South Yarra
