Are you a vocationally registered GP with capacity to pick up shifts close to home, or looking for the opportunity to work and travel in interstate locations? Aspen Medical have UCC clients who are eager to welcome you to their practice!

With the recent establishment of 58 Urgent Care Clinics around the country, our clients are focused on reducing the volume of low-acuity attendances at nearby public hospital emergency departments. With longer opening hours and increased bulk billing options, they are able to treat minor injuries and illnesses such as closed fractures, simple eye injuries and minor burns, respiratory conditions, and infections such as UTIs or ear infections.

Put simply, your contribution will positively impact our state-based hospitals’ capacity to treat urgent emergency cases and trauma patients.

To be considered for these opportunities, we are looking for :

• Fellowship with ACRRM or RACGP, or vocational registration
• Unrestricted Specialist medical registration with AHPRA
• Current CPR / BLS certificate (ALS required for remote locations)
• Experience in the delivery of primary health care and treatment of minor injuries
