Description

As the Director of Business Development , you'll play a pivotal role in :

• Leading and developing managers : Guiding a team of Managers who support franchise partners, ensuring they have the skills, coaching, and accountability frameworks to drive results
• Driving franchise performance : Equipping franchise partners with the tools, training, and accountability needed to achieve KPIs
• Managing growth systems : Overseeing lead generation, marketing funnels, onboarding processes, and retention strategies
• Building systems & processes : Designing and implementing scalable systems and streamlined processes that improve operational efficiency and consistency across the network
• Building a high-performance culture : Creating motivational programs, recognition initiatives, and scalable systems that empower both managers and franchise partners to succeed
• Data analysis & reporting : Using data to identify opportunities, address bottlenecks, and improve conversion, retention, and revenue
• Strategic execution : Aligning company-wide goals with operational execution to ensure results are delivered
