Position Overview

The Retail Manager will oversee the daily retail operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow, outstanding customer service, and strong sales performance. This role is ideal for someone with excellent leadership, merchandising, and organisational skills who can drive business growth while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail area to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies and in-store displays to increase sales.
• Ensure the store meets compliance and safety standards, including cleanliness and stock rotation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and dispensary staff to maintain seamless operations.
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, and banking procedures accurately.
