As a Test Automation Engineer, you'll spearhead automation testing and quality assurance for the University of Melbourne's Digital Products portfolio and Business Services IT. You'll have the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices in a CI / CD environment. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and efficiency of the university's digital services, offering you a chance to grow professionally in a dynamic academic setting.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Develop and Maintain Automation Frameworks : Create, improve, and govern testing assets and methodologies for web applications and back-end functionality.
• Implement CI / CD Best Practices : Define and execute strategies for unit, integration, and UI automation testing in a CI / CD pipeline, focusing on high-value, risk-based testing.
• Provide Expert Guidance : Offer recommendations and advice on automation testing processes, practices, and activities to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with projects and operational teams to ensure effective development and handover of test automation assets.
