With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong teams now to lead the change.

This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role and shape the future of retail across the South-West of WA. From Rockingham to Albany, you’ll lead a region of 14 stores — including Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Esperance and Margaret River — and play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and driving results that matter.

What you’ll be doing :

• Lead from the front by supporting and coaching your Store Managers to create high-energy, inclusive store cultures where teams feel empowered and customers feel welcomed
• Be hands-on in your approach, visiting stores regularly, providing clear direction, and setting the standard for service, safety and execution
• Drive performance by using insights and data to lift store standards, improve execution, and achieve sales and operational targets
• Develop your team by mentoring and growing future leaders, and partnering with People & Culture to build strong succession pipelines
• Champion customer experience by ensuring every store delivers consistent, friendly and helpful service
• Keep it safe by embedding a safety-first mindset across your region and ensuring compliance with all safety standards
• Lead the change by bringing clarity, consistency and care as we transition into a new era of growth and customer experience
