Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager needed to join a growing agency in Western Sydney and take the lead on building the brand from the inside out. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?...

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Marketing Manager to take the lead on our internal marketing and brand presence. This role is all about building and delivering a clear, clever marketing strategy that drives awareness, celebrates our work, and helps bring new business through the door. You’ll be hands-on across multiple channels, creating content that reflects who we are, what we do, and why it matters. From planning campaigns and writing case studies to refining our creds and leading the charge on decks, awards, PR and more, you’ll be at the heart of how we show up. You’ll also take ownership of digital performance and reporting on traffic, leads, and engagement. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll help launch new offerings and make sure our brand is consistent, considered, and creatively spot-on.
