Training & Quality Manager
Join a financial services organisation in the midst of a transformation and service uplift! This is an exciting hands on role where you will work across multiple areas of the business, enhancing the quality of onboarding and training programs, and elevate service delivery to the next level.
In this role, you will design, deliver and continously improve onboarding, training and quality frameworks for the service operations team.
You will create structured induction programs, develop engaging learning content (e-learning, microlearning, blended learning), implement coaching frameworks, and lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality practices across the organisation.
Your role :
Design and deliver onboarding, operational, and customer experience training
Develop e-learning, microlearning, and blended learning programs
Implement coaching frameworks for consistent, data-driven feedback
Lead quality assurance across multi-channel interactions
Maintain knowledge management systems and resources
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence
About you :
Experience in training design, quality assurance, or capability development
Customer service experience preferred but not essential
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with LMS and knowledge management platforms
