Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administrator to support our Lease Administration team in managing real estate data and financial processes for a prestigious government account. Key Responsibilities
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring lease compliance and financial accuracy, including :
- Uploading and managing executed lease documents
- Preparing lease obligation summaries and rent rolls
- Maintaining registers for documents, insurance, and security deposits
- Calculating CPI increases and updating internal systems (CREAM / FOCUS)
- Generating funding requests and processing purchase orders
- Reconciling charges and preparing workflows for lease terminations
- Handling landlord payment inquiries and ensuring timely supplier payments
