Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate delivery of quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of the client using a person‑centred approach.
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions to clients in their own homes.
- Engage with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care.
- Write reports that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers.
- Reflect Lifecare’s practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in all work.
- Create and maintain effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres and other referrers.

Occupational Therapy degree with General AHPRA registration.Ability to work within a multi‑disciplinary team and autonomously in the community.Full working rights in Australia.Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.About Lifecare
