Occupational Therapist

Join Lifecare Australia as a Full‑time Occupational Therapist and provide high‑quality assessments and interventions that support clients in independent living within a multi‑disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate delivery of quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of the client using a person‑centred approach.
• Conduct assessments and provide interventions to clients in their own homes.
• Engage with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GPs and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care.
• Write reports that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers.
• Reflect Lifecare’s practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in all work.
• Create and maintain effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres and other referrers.
