What You'll Be Doing
This position is responsible for the professional and operational leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team across Mental Health (MH) Inpatient services in Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD), including Occupational Therapists, Diversional Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, Exercise Physiologists and Dietitian.
This includes the coordination and provision of accessible, equitable, and evidence-based services and delivery of direct clinical care to consumers and their families.
The role ensures high quality services are provided to consumers, carers and families accessing inpatient Mental Health services in SNSWLHD and works with other MH service managers to enhance service standards and quality across the district. The position also manages a clinical caseload.
