Responsibilities
- Provide care in accordance with residents’ individually assessed care needs.
- Ensure resident care aligns with the resident’s individualised care plan or as directed by RN and / or Care Manager.
- Report all incidents in a timely manner to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
- Complete all activities related to residents’ care documentation.
- Notify changes in resident care promptly to the RN in charge and / or Care Manager.
- Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and in line with Bolton Clarke Quality Management standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care is desirable.Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work.Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.Strong passion for working with the elderly.Current COVID-19 and Annual Flu Vaccination (Mandatory).What We Can Offer
