Application outcomes are communicated through our recruitment process. Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and / or NDIS Worker Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in accordance with residents’ individually assessed care needs.
• Ensure resident care aligns with the resident’s individualised care plan or as directed by RN and / or Care Manager.
• Report all incidents in a timely manner to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager.
• Complete all activities related to residents’ care documentation.
• Notify changes in resident care promptly to the RN in charge and / or Care Manager.
• Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and in line with Bolton Clarke Quality Management standards.
