  • An opportunity for an experienced Leader in our NSW CTP Claims Business
  • Location : Parramatta
  • Fixed Term opportunity from May 2025 - March 2026

    The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but not limited to :

  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of the assigned CTP claims unit and provides advice to team on claims management, policy guidelines and quality
  • Initiate new ideas and concepts to support the development and delivery of the business plan for the business unit.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of claims management strategies and objectives
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with both statutory and corporate service standards and statutory regulations
  • Continuous business process improvement including process and cost efficiencies / synergies
  • Setting reserves and authorizing payment within scope of authority, settling claims in the most cost-effective manner, and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements
  • Handling of complaints and investigations of suspicious / fraudulent insurance claims
  • Provide technical expertise and mentoring to assist the team development
  • About You
  • To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • Leadership and CTP claims experience a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A natural relationship builder with solid negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills
  • Capacity for self-reflection and ability to work well in a team
