Role Overview
This is a newly created role reporting directly to the General Manager who has been in your shoes. Its come about because growth demands it - and because the GM needs to focus on strategy not just the where you come in.
Youll lead a dynamic team of Service Team Leaders and Schedulers who handle a high volume of work orders across metro regional and remote areas for major national clients. Your role will be to guide mentor streamline and elevate - making sure the right jobs are done right at the right time every a unique mix of people leadership operational oversight and client delivery. Its about setting the standard driving improvement and building trust - with clients and with your team.

Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
Youre a natural people leader with a strong grasp of facilities trade services or operations - and a genuine passion for developing teams and delivering service excellence. Youve likely been in a Service Manager Contract Manager or Operations leadership role and youre ready to take ownership of a function that truly makes a difference to clients.
Were looking for someone whos confident personable and humble. You lead by example roll up your sleeves when needed and communicate with clarity and calmness. You know how to build rapport but also when to hold the line.
