About the Role
We are looking for a Support Coordinators to work within our Housing First team. The role is responsible for facilitating support interventions to assist clients in their quality of life including health, independence and housing. Support interventions are from a psychosocial and individualised perspective.
This is a fixed term full time position, working 38 hours per week between Monday to Friday. The position is due to expire on 1 March 2026.
