• Jump on warm leads – phone-based sales with a real human impact
• Build instant rapport, ask the right questions, and close confidently
• Explain services clearly, with empathy (no scripts, just connection)
• Keep the momentum going through CRM, emails, and smart follow-ups
• Own your numbers and smash your KPIs – with full visibility on your pipeline
• Collaborate with onboarding and client teams to hand over your wins smoothly
