As a Sales Representative, you will take ownership of your own client portfolio and play a key role in promoting premium Management and Leadership development solutions. The Role
- Lead proactive outbound sales activities, connecting with new and existing clients in an office environment
- Manage your own portfolio of businesses and professionals, nurturing long-term relationships
- Uncover client needs through strong discovery and recommend tailored learning and development solutions
- Drive campaign execution, tele-appointing, and CRM management (Salesforce) to maximise opportunities
- Work closely with a supportive team to achieve both personal and team sales targets
