We currently have a full time Clinical Assistant role available to support our Redimed Allied Health Practitioners in our Belmont clinic. These include Exercise Physiologists Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to drive a truly multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary team. The purpose of this position is to contribute to the overall effectiveness of each service offering ensuring optimal patient care and smooth functioning of each service across the clinics.
About the Role
As a Clinical Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth effective delivery of clinical services across our clinics. Youll be the administrative backbone of our Allied Health team ensuring our practitioners are supported patients are well cared for and our operations run efficiently.
You will be responsible for :
Providing admin support across Allied Health services.
Managing patient bookings referrals and follow-ups.
Ensuring accurate record keeping and documentation within our clinical platforms.
Supporting team meetings and professional development coordination.
Maintaining a patient-centric approach in all communication.
Assisting with billing insurer approvals and data management.

What is Required :
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
Current Australian Drivers License
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
