- The Role
A casual based role working with a variety of clients, you will perform 1 : 1 assessment service, manage treatment plans, and support clients in their return to work goals, including :
Take ownership of the administrative support function for the rehabilitation teamSubject matter expert for the prevailing referral management system (Vinci - training provided)Find and enact solutions to administrative queries that support the team.Assist with general administration activities to support the wider business.Physical pre-employment health assessmentsFunctional assessmentsFitness for duty assessmentsDrug and alcohol assessmentsReport writingAssisting with treatment plans with senior consultantsRehabilitation case management for clientsAssisting with general administration activities to support the wider business.Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience?Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who is either qualified or in your 4th year of studyAdvanced computer skillsExcellent organisation & time management skillsExceptional written, communication & negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail & problem-solving skillsCurrent Australian Driver's LicenseA passion for health and well-being, injury prevention and assisting people recover or return to workThe ability to work in a team environment and autonomously DesirablePrevious Allied Health ExperienceDrug and Alcohol Testing AccreditationCase Management ExperienceSound Knowledge of VINCI DatabaseKnowledge of workers Compensation and WHS legislationCulture and BenefitsWe are an Australian-owned service provider that has a genuine desire to enable people to prosper.
