Job descriptionTake ownership of the administrative support function for the rehabilitation team Subject matter expert for the prevailing referral management system (Vinci - training provided) Find and enact solutions to administrative queries that support the team. Assist with general administration activities to support the wider business. Physical pre-employment health assessments Functional assessments Fitness for duty assessments Drug and alcohol assessments Report writing Assisting with treatment plans with senior consultants Rehabilitation case management for clients Assisting with general administration activities to support the wider business. Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience? Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who is either qualified or in your 4th year of study Advanced computer skills Excellent organisation & time management skills Exceptional written, communication & negotiation skills Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills Current Australian Driver's License A passion for health and well-being, injury prevention and assisting people recover or return to work The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously Desirable Previous Allied Health Experience Drug and Alcohol Testing Accreditation Case Management Experience Sound Knowledge of VINCI Database Knowledge of workers Compensation and WHS legislation Culture and Benefits Here's what we can do for you A genuinely supportive culture with mentoring from the team Professional development reviewed quarterly.
