The exciting opportunity :
- Report into the General Manager of Residential Operations
- Operational responsibility of allied health and lifestyle services across all residential aged care facilities
- Oversee the strategic development and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives to meet desired goals, best practice and governing standards
- Lead and mentor a passionate team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and a Dietitian
- Manage the services and project budgets, maximising revenue and maintaining spending
- Drive change management including the review, development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Network with external stakeholders to grow the organisation brand, attract staff and enhance outcomes for residents

About you :
- A qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
- Proven track record as a Team Leader or Manager of allied health services, preferably in aged care
- Collaborative leader who guides their team by providing mentoring, support and clear standards
- Demonstrated ability driving change, implementing improvement initiatives and achieving operational objectives
- Confident, motivated, friendly and passionate about delivering high quality customer focused care
