State Manager - Allied Health, Membership & Engagement
Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) is a not-for-profit Peak body supporting Occupational Therapists throughout their careers. OTA enables lifelong learning to promote the future of the industry and fosters evidence-based practice whilst also supporting the community.
As the State Manager for WA, you will provide representation and leadership to implement activities that enhance member and stakeholder engagement. With head office based in Melbourne, you will provide advice and insights to support initiatives at a local level, you will host events, network with members, partners, and industry, monitor and respond to issues that affect policy, and facilitate quarterly state council meetings. Whilst this role is autonomous you will be supported and work collaboratively with other states and head office.
You will thrive in building relationships, have strong communication skills, and be analytical and solutions focused. You will be a self-starter, and enjoy working autonomously with the gravitas to represent the OTA at a State level. Some travel to regional areas and the annual national conference is required.
