• to join our club in Kings Park, reporting into the General Manager, in this role you will be passionate about Member Retention and Customer Service, manage all aspects of member retention and our Member Concierge (Reception) team.

• About the Role

In this full time role, you will primarily be responsible for attracting and retaining members with every call and interaction you have while providing membership administration support to ensure that membership payments are made and maintained.

While this role is predominantly a Monday to Friday role, this role requires flexibility of working weekends if and when required.
