Symmetric Care, a leading provider of disability support services in Victoria, is seeking a full-time, experienced NDIS Payroll Officer to join the team in Port Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent service and accuracy in payroll administration.
ResponsibilitiesManaging end-to-end fortnightly payroll using Xero, including award interpretation, single touch payroll, and end of month reconciliation and reportingMaintaining accurate records of employee information, including hours worked, leave taken, and super fund paymentsResponding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits and providing high-touch customer serviceSupporting the finance team with month-end and year-end processes, including reporting, superannuation, and payroll taxEstablishing new employees in the payroll system and managing off-boarding protocolsFostering a culture of continuous improvement in payroll processesQualifications :
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Payroll AdministrationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldHighly regarded and desirable :
