Workforce Coordinator, Marvel Stadium

The opportunityDelaware North Australia is hiring a Workforce Coordinator to join the Marvel Stadium team on a full-time basis.

As the Workforce Coordinator, you will be involved in the direct contact, rostering, and confirming of all casual hospitality employees working at Marvel Stadium.

With a focus on collaboration and support, we bring out the best in each other.What will you do?Ensure our database of casual employees is rostered to meet the needs of year-round functions, conferences, and events.Build internal relationships across all levels.Utilise and understand the software rostering system - Humanforce.Make alterations to rosters in line with management direction to ensure effective staffing models based on crowd predictions and forecasts.Assist with match / event-day check-in processes during events throughout the year.More About YouStrong administration skills and computer proficiency.Exceptional attention to detail.Exposure to building rosters - favourable but not essential.High-level organisation and time management skills.The ability to think on your feet and forward plan.Proven problem-solving expertise.Strong relationship management.Availability to work across 7 days when required, including some public holidays.Who We AreMarvel Stadium is one of Melbourne's top destinations for sports and entertainment, with an impressive capacity of 53,000.
