We are currently recruiting Sales Support Officers for a temp ongoing role.
- What this role involves
- Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm), opportunities to work overtime
- Processing of invoices for various departments
- Following up on any daily pricing issues
- Assisting with orders, quotes, and ensure authorization and payment has been complied with
- Entering data accurately
- Various admin functions include learning order despatch system
- Meeting monthly KPIs
- What we require from you
- Experience in a busy sales service and / or call centre environment with ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong admin experience with attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience or knowledge of manufacturing, construction or heavy industry highly desired
- Strong team player, customer service driven, ability to multitask
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
