About the role
Our Sales Support Officers are the first point of contact for our clients see when they interact with AIRR. Providing client support and product advice in-store and over the phone, you will support the sales teams with processing sales, handling inquiries, resolving issues and building relationships with clients. With the backing of the larger Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Officer, you will : - Process online orders and coordinate dispatching- Supporting in all areas of the sales process and maintaining the office- Perform general warehousing including ordering (internal & external suppliers) & Receival of stock- Generate quotes and conduct price checks for our clients- Monitor and reconcile sales, invoicing and conduct regular stock takes- Checking all stock levels regularly and expiry dates
