This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the expansion of this territory with our care team, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated HR officer who will walk alongside our support team in their care giver journey with us.

The role will involve :

• 360 full responsibility of the employee life cycle
• Developing recruitment initiatives to secure suitable candidates to match who will embrace our values
• Recruitment and retention campaigns in alignment with territory growth strategies
• Work closely with scheduling team for gaps in workforce and target strategically
• Develop positive employee engagements
• Assist senior management and wider team in securing and retaining employees
• Assist with training initiatives and successful implementation
• Manage employee compliances including mandatory training requirements are attained by all team members
• Manage employee records
