About the Opportunity
The opportunity will involve managing a portfolio of claims (end-to-end) and will require strong stakeholder engagement; you will be comfortable in picking up the phone and providing updates and outcomes to your key stakeholders, in relation to their claims.
Whilst we would prefer someone with insurance / claims management experience, we are open to hearing from you if you do not have a claims or insurance background; essentially, we are looking for customer service / retail / call-centre superstars who are open to learning the fundamentals of insurance (on the job) and have the mindset of building a career in insurance.
NB : The internal position title is Internal Claims Adjuster, however similar or related job titles could be Claims Consultant, Claims Manager, Claims Handler, Claims Assessor.
