You are a visionary & transformational HR Leader who has
Ø Proven ability to manage and deliver a diverse range of HRM functions in a friendly and supportive work environment.
Ø Proven ability to establish, build and maintain effective working relationships, and to interact with others in a positive and constructive manner.
Ø Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
Ø Excellent listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ø Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ø Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HRM practices & Federal and State employment-related Awards and legislation.
Ø High level of computer literacy / IT skills
Ø Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role and / or warehousing & logistics industry.
Ø Tertiary qualifications in HRM, psychology or related discipline or equivalent experience.
