The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of the employee experience at UWA Sport. This is a key administrative position that will involve coordinating induction, training, and development, managing compliance, building effective relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting the implementation of People policies, preparing contracts and other compliance documentation, and contributing to the collection and analysis of People metrics.
This is a part-time role, 30 hours per week, with flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.
About You
You thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment and enjoy making a meaningful impact on the employee experience. You have hands-on HR generalist experience in the employee lifecycle and the preparation of People-related documentation. With strong knowledge of modern awards and fair work legislation, you are committed to a People-first approach and take pride in maintaining confidentiality and integrity in your work.
